This applies both to the profile of the client and the content of the transaction. The firm represents domestic and transnational interests and is affiliated to a network of international firms and experts in related fields and enjoys the advisory services of consultants who have gained international repute for their contributions to the development of various areas of law.
At the domestic level we have recently been instrumental to the formation of an alliance of firms registered under the firm name “Legal Alliance”, initially for the provision of legal services on special case basis for the large scale transactions such as the Nigerian Privatisation Programme. This enables us to mobilise a team of not less than 40 Lawyers as and when the terms of reference of a specific brief permit.
