The firm offers an all embracing range of services in the area of Company Law and such specific areas of corporate finance that impact on this law particularly the public or private issue of securities. We offer guidance to companies seeking to raise capital from the capital or money markets or seeking quotation on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. We advice, structure and guide our clients through the implementation of these transactions and through a variety of business combinations, mergers, demergers and domestic or complex cross border acquisitions, divestment, capital and corporate restructuring. Guidance in this context spans governmental regulatory, corporate and shareholders compliance and approval procedures. We are able to provide these services in-house because key members of our team have, in various capacities spent upwards of Sixteen years guiding leading conglomerates, multinationals and publicly quoted companies through the range of transactions described above. These companies include United Africa Company Plc, SmithKline Beecham Plc, John Holt Plc, Texaco Nigeria Limited, Peterson Zochonis Industries Plc, Seven Up Industries Plc, May and Baker Plc, BP Statoil Limited, Rhone Poulenc Limited and First Bank of Nigeria Plc privatization issue.
