This department is designed to service the litigation matters, of all other departments. It is particularly active in the area of corporate matters schemes of arrangement, debt recoveries and the procedures that inevitably attend corporate insolvency's.

The department is fully equipped to handle both commercial disputes before the Courts of law and matters which at the option of the client are referred to arbitration.
